Health is the well being of a kid with no Illness-
Here I used term Illness. It is the opposite to the definition of health as described above.
For the same, parents and kids needs to ensure kids proper health.
If we do not ensure proper health, then the illness could be of –
1. Mental or Emotional Illness- Safety for Good Child Health
Mental & Emotional Illness of a child means the poor state of mind.In this state, the child is not able to respond properly, also shows symptoms of bad tempered and irritability.
So, in order to avoid mental illness of your kid, you need to go through following checklist-
1.a-Communicate with your child-
This is the very important step to cope mental illness of your child.It involves doing talk with your child as per interests, your child likes and dislikes, also talking about your child’s friends. All these activities would make your child closer to you and also helps your kid to be mentally & emotional fit.
2.a-Taking care what your child needs-
This means the parents and other family members should take care of their child and fulfill their needs like if your kid needs some toys during this time,bring toys for them.
This will bring positive vibes in your kid and they would feel good
3.a-Playing with your child
Be your child friend, play with his toys and games.
Or you can also call your child friends in your home, so that they can cope with the mental state of their body.
4.a-Don’t overburden your child with studies
Sometimes, study pressure would also make your child mental disorder.
Studies should always be in a fun way not in a stressful way. For this engage yourself in your kids work.
These all above activities would surely make your child mentally and emotionally fit always
2.Safety against medical illness- Tips for a healthy child
This means safety of your child against any disease which results in good health.
2.a-Foremost step towards this proper nutrition.
This includes a balanced diet for your child. You make a proper plan for your child diet or take the schedule from dietician. This all makes your child healthy.As a result, the child is safe against diseases and is safe always.
2.b-Kids involves in Physical Activities
Physical Activities ensure good health for your kids, also develops stamina, power, concentration and develop many skills in your child.
This is also a very important step in healthy lifestyle of a child.
You can choose any physical activity as per child interest like dance, basketball, cricket, volleyball etc.
